Each time, before baking the next pancake, the pan is well heated over a fire, then it immediately cools for 2 seconds, for this it is put upside down on a wet towel, and only after that the dough is poured on it;
  • it is necessary to turn over the pancake after almost all the bubbles burst from above, while they will leave small craters.

Each mistress makes mistakes when mastering a new dish in her kitchen, there is nothing terrible in this, and if the first American pancakes turn out to be lumpy, this will only indicate the shortcomings of the finished dough and help to find the right temperature for baking.

Ingredients:

  • 0.3 liters of fresh non-fat milk
  • one chicken egg
  • 80 grams of granulated sugar
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 0.2 kilograms of wheat flour
  • 20 grams of baking powder
  • teaspoon (no hill) vanilla sugar
  • salt on the tip of the spoon

Recipe:

  1. Vanilla and regular sugar are poured into the butter melted in a water bath.
  2. Then add milk (not cold, but at room temperature) to the oil and mix everything.
  3. Sifted flour is mixed with baking powder and poured into milk.
  4. Everything is mixed, the consistency of the finished dough should be like for fritters.
  5. Heat a pan with a thick bottom, then cool for two seconds on a damp towel. Dough is poured into a chilled pan and put on moderate heat. The pan is closed by a lid. Each side of the pancake is fried for four minutes.

Classic kefir pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams of wheat flour
  • teaspoon (without slide) of baking powder
  • one third of a teaspoon of baking soda
  • one chicken egg
  • 40 grams of butter
  • 0.2 liters of kefir
  • 20 grams of granulated sugar
  • salt on the tip of the spoon

Recipe:

  1. Kefir is mixed with an egg.
  2. Then added sugar, butter, melted in a water bath and salt.
  3. Flour is mixed with soda and baking powder and poured into a kefir mixture.
  4. The dough mixes well.
  5. Kefir pancakes are fried for two to three minutes on both sides in a frying pan without oil, under a closed lid.

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 liter 10% cream
  • 3 chicken eggs
  • 0.3 kilograms of wheat flour
  • 100 grams of granulated sugar

  • a pinch of salt
  • half a teaspoon (with a hill) of vanilla sugar
  • a pinch of cinnamon

Recipe:

  1. Egg whites are beaten with salt.
  2. Egg yolks are mixed with sugar, soda, vanilla and cinnamon.
  3. Cream is poured into the yolks, and flour is poured. Everything mixes well.

  2. Cream is poured into the eggs, whipping does not stop.
  3. Flour is mixed with baking powder and poured into a mixture of eggs and cream.

Ingredients:

  • 120 grams of wheat flour
  • 120 milligrams of milk
  • 50 grams of granulated sugar
  • a teaspoon of baking powder

Recipe:

  1. The egg is beaten, then milk and sugar are added to it.
