Ingredients:

  • boiled sausage - 0.2 kg;
  • starch - 2 tablespoons;
  • egg - 4 pcs;
  • water - 100 - 150 g;
  • salt, mayonnaise, ground black pepper, garlic - optional;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons.

Cooking fast:

  1. We drive the eggs into the container, add salt, water and starch. All components are beaten until lumps disappear.
  2. We heat the pan with oil, pour the resulting pasty mass in small portions, trying to distribute it on the surface in an even layer, fry, turning over when ready.
  3. Remove the pancakes and lay them out in a stack, provide time for cooling.
  4. The cooled pancake is rolled up, cut into thin pieces.

  1. The specified number of eggs is combined with salt, sugar and flour, beat thoroughly.

  4. We prepare mushroom straws, chop the onion finely.
  5. We rub a portion of cheese coarsely.
  6. Onions are heated on a hot frying pan, mushroom pieces are added.
  7. Fillet (raw) or ham is cut into small cubes, mixed with frying. Cheese chips are added to the resulting mass, everything is mixed.
  8. The filling is superimposed on the edge of the pancake, wrapped in a tube.

Components:

  • kefir - 4 tablespoons;
  • starch - 1 spoon;
  • smoked sausage - 150 g;
  • egg - 3 pcs;
  • champignons - 150 g;
  • green onions - 2 feathers;
  • hard cheese - 50 g;
  • canned corn - half a can;
  • mayonnaise, salt, pepper - to taste.

Sequencing:

  1. Pre-wash the eggs, clean the mushrooms.
  2. After heating the pan, fry the white half of the onion feathers, cut into rings. The time for this is no more than three minutes. We fill in chopped mushrooms and continue to fry to evaporate water from them. Now you can remove the pan from the heat and let the food cool.
  3. It was the turn to cook the dough. Break eggs into a deep bowl, pour in starch, add kefir, salt and mix everything until the lumps disappear.

  • cheese - 70 g;

  • red fish.

Start frying:

  1. We break the eggs into a container, carefully beat with a whisk, add flour.
  2. Put finely chopped greens and pepper in the dough.
